We provide a fully comprehensive range of services designed for Landlords, and we offer a choice of options to suit your budget.

Oasis Living offers three types of letting options. Two types of full management and an option for let only.

You can retain control of rent collection, repairs, inspections and any disputes, or you could opt for a full management package and take the headache away and let Oasis Living do what they do best.

Included as standard:

  • Marketing - Circulating details of your property to potential tenants through our personal data base, Oasis own market leading web site, and most of all rightmove. Informing a large selection of companies and relocation agents.

  • Viewings - Accompany prospective tenants and advising you immediately of tenancy applications before processing to confirm you are happy with the date the tenancy should start.

  • Referencing - Vetting tenants confirming they are earning 30 times the rent as a household i.e. rent needed £600 income required £18,000 per annum, references are done via Rentshield personalized to Oasis Living's requirements information needed i.e. last 3 years address, previous landlords reference, employers reference to active a risk assessment score if necessary using a guarantor.

  • Tenancy Agreement - Preparing the documentation required by current legislation. Collecting the first month's rent and deposit.

£395 Letting Fee Plus 8% Management - Gold

  • Visit the property to conduct a Market Appraisal 

  • Promote the property via several web portals

  • Arrange and conduct viewings

  • Reference and vet tenants

  • Provide a tenancy agreement on your behalf

  • Collect the first month's rent and Deposit 

  • Lodging the deposit into a deposit protection scheme at an additional charge of £10.00 per property

  • Written and photographic inventory, which will include a check out inspection at an additional charge of £35.00

  • Collect the rent each month and produce 'chaser' letters when overdue

  • Carry out and maintain Gas Safety Checks, Electrical Safety Checks & EPC where applicable 

  • Organise repairs / maintenance to the property

  • Provide a statement of accounts every month

  • Advise Utility Suppliers of the readings at the start and end of tenancy

  • Pay service charges and utility bills on your behalf if applicable

  • Pay landlords within 24 hours of cleared funds

  • 1 yearly inspection of the property. If you require any further inspections this is be an addition charge of £15.00 per visit

  • Renewal of tenancy agreement after the fixed term at a cost of £50.00
